How to cook
Wash the mussels very well. Boil them, until their shells open up. Strain and remove the mussels from the shells.
Make a marinade of white wine, chopped parsley, oil, salt and wine. Pour the mussels inside, stir and leave them to flavor for half an hour.
For the breading, beat the eggs along with the milk, salt and flour.
Dip the mussels in this breading and roll them in the breadcrumbs. Fry them in well-heated oil, until they're fried well.
The breaded mussels in marinade are a great appetizer - try them!
