How to cook
Beat the eggs with the oil and add 1 cup of the flour. Mix the soda with the yogurt and salt and leave it to activate, then add it to the eggs.
Add flour to the resulting mixture, until a cake batter is obtained.
Once we have achieved a homogeneous mixture, mix the chopped olives. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured cake tin and sprinkle it with cumin.
If desired, you can add cumin to the mixture.
Bake the savory sponge cake for about 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C).
The wholemeal savory sponge cake with olives is ready.
