How to cook
The washed and steamed and chopped broccoli are dipped in the beaten eggs.
Then each chunk of broccoli is rolled in a mixture of breadcrumbs, cornstarch, white flour, black pepper and salt.
Then dip them again in the eggs and again in the dry mixture.
Then fry them in a heated pan with oil.
The finished breaded broccoli are left in a plate covered with kitchen paper to absorb the fat from the delicious a la minute.
Sprinkle with mozzarella towards the end.
Serve them with an yogurt or garlic sauce.
