How to cook
To get thin and fine pieces of beef, I cut it into slices while it is still frozen.
Prepare the marinade for beef by combining the sliced garlic, ginger, soy sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar and black pepper in a saucepan on the hob.
Once the honey has melted and the flavors are mixed, remove the mixture from the heat.
Put the meat in the still warm marinade and leave it for at least 2 hours.
In a deep wok pan, which we have heated well, cook the beef along with the marinade left in the dish.
