How to cook
Mix the flour with black pepper into a plate. Add salt to the neck steaks and roll them in flour.
Heat the oil in a pan and briefly seal the steaks on both sides.
Remove the steaks and stew the chopped carrots and onions in the same fat. Shortly afterwards, add the chopped mushrooms.
Season with black pepper, thyme and salt.
Put one steak in a glass baking pan and spread half of the mushrooms, carrots and onions on it. Add the second steak and the remaining vegetables.
Pour the white wine and put the lid on. Place the baking pan in the oven, which is preheated to 390°F (200°C) and bake for about an hour.
The pork steak with mushrooms and white wine are ready.
