How to cook
Strain the mushrooms and set the water from them aside. Put the butter in a pot or a pan and melt it. Add the finely chopped onion. Stew it, until it softens.
Add the mushrooms and after 5 minutes pour the white wine. Wait for the alcohol to evaporate and pour the cream.
If it becomes very thick, pour a little of the mushroom water, which you set aside.
Add the spices and boil on medium heat, until it is done. Just before turning off the hob, add the processed cheese.
The mushroom sauce with marinated mushrooms is ready.
