How to cook
Peel the apples and puree them with a chopper or food processor. Add the cinnamon and oatmeal and mix everything well.
In a rectangular cake mold or small baking pan, place kitchen paper and pour the mixture in it. Smooth it out with a spoon and the thickness should be between 0.5-1 cm.
Melt the chocolate and pour it over the smooth apple and oatmeal mixture.
Place the mold in the refrigerator and after 1 hour cut it into breakfast bars of the desired size. Refrigerate them once again and take them out before eating.
The apple oatmeal breakfast bar is very tasty.
