How to cook
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C).
Fry the apples with the sugar in the heated butter, which have also been sprinkled with cinnamon and nutmeg.
When the juice thickens and the apples soften, remove them from the heat.
Fill the warmed up tortillas with the prepared apples, roll them up, spread them with melted butter and roll them in the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Arrange the tortillas in a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake them in a preheated oven for 15 minutes.
The sweet apple tortillas should aquire an appetizing color on the edges.
