How to cook
The calamari ends are cut with a sharp knife. The calamari is cleaned from the entrails and cartilage. Leave the top skin.
Cut the calamari tubes into circles, which are a centimeter and a half wide.
Season them with a mixture of white pepper and salt. Then roll them in corn flour.
Fry them in a heated pan with oil for one minute on each side.
The fried calamari are taken out and placed onto kitchen paper, so that it can absorb the excess fat.
The delicious fried calamari are then served immediately.
