How to cook
Very easy, dietary and at the same time filling fat-free breakfast.
Millet is extremely healthy and common in a diet menu, because it does not contain gluten and has a large amount of vitamins and high fiber content!
Wash the millet, until the water turns clear. If desired, you can soak it for 1 hour in advance, but it is not necessary. Boil it in the right amount of water with a little Himalayan salt.
At the very beginning, when it boils, you can open up the pot and continue to boil without a lid. Boil for about 20 minutes, or until the grains soften.
If it is for children's breakfast, if desired, you can add a little more water (1/2 cup) and overboil it slightly and that way it will turn out like porridge.
Distribute it into 3 bowls and serve it with honey! Quick and healthy!
