How to cook
Cut the fish fillet into pieces, season it with salt and black pepper and fry it in a deep pan.
Stew the finely chopped onions, add the grated carrots, tomato paste, dry spices and lemon juice.
Cook the dish, until it thickens.
In order to have a perfect fish dish, put some of the sauce in a baking pan, arrange the fillets and pour the rest of the sauce.
Leave the fish dish with white fish fillet in the refrigerator to cool for a few hours.
