Beat the eggs, sugar and butter, add the oil and then the flour with the baking powder.
The Turkish delight is cut into small pieces. A filo pastry sheet is spread with the mixture and the Turkish delight is arranged at one end (in width). It is rolled into tight rolls and placed in a rectangular tray.
Two filo pastry sheets are used for one roll. Spread the rest of the filling evenly on the filo pastry pie.
Bake it in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for about 35 minutes. Cut it into small pieces and leave it to cool.
To prepare the syrup, it is necessary to dissolve the sugar in the water, then add the vanilla sugar, cinnamon and rum.
The rum is enough to add a different flavor to the syrup. Pour the warm syrup over the filo pastry pie once it has cooled down.
The sweet filo pastry pie is left overnight.
