How to cook
Grind the oats, until a fine flour is obtained.
Pour it into a bowl and add the coconut milk and protein.
Scoop a spoonful of coconut oil, which you need to melt. Add it to the above mixture, add baking powder and salt.
Heat the pan and grease it with a little coconut oil.
Using a ladle, scoop the mixture and spread it out evenly in the pan. Fry the protein pancakes, until they're done.
While they are still warm, spread a little more coconut oil on them and serve them.
The coconut protein pancakes are very tasty.
