How to cook
Activate the baking soda in the yogurt. Wait for it to bubble and put it in a large bowl.
Add the remaining products and knead a soft dough.
Transfer into a ceramic deep baking pan, which is lined with parchment paper. Leave it for half an hour at room temperature.
Make incisions on the surface of the bread. Bake it in a non preheated oven at 360°F (180°C), until it's done.
Take it out, wrap the soda bread in a cotton towel and leave it for 10-15 minutes.
The Soda Bread with Sparkling Water and Baking Powder is ready!
