How to cook
Wash the chicken and dry it. Spread it everywhere with the universal spice, add a little salt, because there is salt in the spice and finally, spread it with the paprika.
Put the chicken in a roasting bag. Cut a piece of butter as big as a matchbox and put it in the bag with the chicken. Also pour the white wine inside.
Tie the bag and make 3-4 holes with a needle on it. Put it in a baking pan and roast it in a preheated oven at 200°C for about two hours.
