How to cook
Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into cubes. Place them in a baking pan.
They are salted. Chop the garlic and stir. Cut the butter into pieces on top of the potatoes. When the butter has melted, stir again.
Sprinkle with white pepper. Bake the potatoes at 390°F (200°C), until they aquire a golden brown color.
The oven-baked potatoes with butter are served as an appetizer or potato garnish.
