- chickpeas - 8.5 oz (240 g) or 1 tin
- sesame tahini - 1.1 oz (30 g)
- olive oil - 1 tbsp (15 ml)
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp (15 ml)
- water - 1 tbsp (15 ml)
- black pepper
- garlic (optional)
- cumin (optional)
How to cook
Blend all of the products in a blender, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained for the delicious hummus.
The quantities of garlic and spices are according to your taste.
Pour the hummus into a suitable container and store it in the refrigerator.
