How to cook
Peel, wash and cut the vegetables into pieces.
Put them in a pot along with the chicken broth and boil, until they soften.
Add the spices and remove the pot from the heat.
Add the butter, cooking cream and processed cheese.
Blend the leek soup with a liquidizer.
Bake the bacon in the oven or in a grill pan.
Pour the soup into deep bowls, place a piece of bacon and sprinkle the delicious leek soup with freshly ground black pepper.
