How to cook
Make the marinade from one orange (squeeze it) and all of the other products.
Cut the remaining orange into four pieces, put one piece inside the rooster and some mushrooms.
Put the remaining mushrooms and orange around the rooster. Leave it to marinate for an hour. Wrap the baking pan with foil.
Bake the chickens in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for one hour, then remove the foil and bake, until it aquires a golden color on both sides.
The Aromatic French Roosters are ready.
