How to cook
Fry the sliced chicken on all sides. I add the onion (cut into medium-sized pieces), after 3 minutes I add the grated carrot and the raw red pepper - cut into thin strips.
Stir for another minute or two, add a tablespoon of paprika and the tomatoes, a little water, a tablespoon of salt and leave everything to boil for 3-4 minutes.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into large pieces, add them into the pot, pour them with water, until the potatoes are covered. Cook over low heat, until the potatoes are fully cooked.
If necessary, make a thickener with flour and water. Season with lovage and stew for 20 minutes.
