How to cook
The sea bream fish are cleaned from the entrails and scales. In a small bowl, mix a little olive oil, oregano, black pepper and salt and spread the mixture on the inside of the fish.
Half of the lemon is cut into slices, which are also arranged in the fish.
In a bowl, mix the juice of the remaining lemon, wine and a pinch of salt. The sea bream fish are placed in it for about 30 minutes.
Then take them out, spread them with olive oil and cook them on a grill pan for 7-8 minutes on each side.
