Ingredients

  • milk - 4.7 fl oz (140 ml)
  • melted butter - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • flour - 9 oz (250 g)
  • salt - a pinch
  • vanilla extract - 1 tbsp.
  • sugar - 5.6 oz (160 g)
  • baking powder - 4/5 tsp (4 g)
  • oil - 2 tbsp (30 ml)

How to cook

Crack the eggs and beat them with a mixer along with the sugar. Add the oil, vanilla, milk and butter.

Stir and gradually add the baking powder, salt and flour. Mix the sponge cake layer mixture again with the mixer.

Pour it into a baking pan, which is lined with baking paper. Bake it in a moderately heated oven, until it is fully baked.

Cut it in half and decorate it with cake cream , in order to make your favorite cake.
