How to cook
Wash and dry the turkey.
Put the meat between two pieces of cling film and pound them lightly.
Combine all of the spices for the marinade and mix them well.
Put the steaks in a bowl and pour the marinade over them.
Put the bowl in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, then bake the steaks on a heated grill, by being careful not to leave them on it too long and the meat to dry out.
When they are ready, put them in a container with a lid.
Serve the honey turkey steaks with a garnish of your choice.
