How to cook
Finely grate the ginger.
Mix the minced turkey, lard, beer, grated ginger, salt, a pinch of black pepper and a pinch of hot paprika into a bowl, in order to combine the ingredients.
Cover the bowl with cling film. Refrigerate it for a few hours.
Shape the pljeskavica patties and cook them in oil, either on the grill or in the oven.
You can choose the salad garnish.
The turkey pljeskavica with beer are ready.
