How to cook
Boil the wings and keep the water, because you can use it for a turkey soup.
Season the wings with salt and place them in a glass baking pan.
Put the butter in a pot, fry the flour, pour in the milk and stir.
Beat the egg and mix it with the sour cream, pour the milk with the ground black pepper and black peppercorns.
Pour the sauce over the turkey.
Bake the turkey wings in black pepper sauce in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 480°F (250°C).
