How to cook
Defrost the spinach and strain well from the liquid.
Mix the minced meat along with the egg, chopped onion, boiled and mashed potato and spinach. Season the mixture with black pepper, parsley and savory herb.
Knead well and form the meatballs.
Roll each meatball in flour.
Heat the oil and fry the meatballs, until they're done. Place them onto kitchen paper, so that it can absorb the excess fat.
The delicious spinach meatballs are ready.
