How to cook
Put the confectionery cream in a bowl along with 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar. Beat with a mixer, until it is well beaten.
Pour the sour cream, mascarpone and the other spoonful of powdered sugar into another bowl.
Wash and dry the mixer stirrers.
Beat, until a homogeneous mascarpone cream without lumps is obtained, which is a perfect cake cream or whatever you want.
Mix the two mixtures with a silicone spatula and your sour cream and mascarpone cream is ready.
