How to cook
Beat the eggs, sugar, honey, soda and oil into a bowl with a mixer.
Also add flour to make a soft dough, so that you can shape balls, without the mixture being too liquid.
Arrange the honey cookies (45 g each) in a tray lined with paper, by leaving a distance between them.
Bake the Christmas Cookies at 300°F (150°C) for about 20 minutes.
