How to cook
The plums are washed and pitted.
Blend them and pour the mixture into a deep pot. Add the sugar and stir for a while.
The mixture is boiled on a low heat for about 100 minutes. Remove the foam with a spoon during the boiling process.
Break the chocolate and mix the rum with the plum jam.
Stir, until it melts.
Sterilize the jars in the oven. Pour the aromatic jam and close the jars.
Turn the jar upside down for 5 minutes.
Return the jars to their original position.
The Plum and Chocolate Jam is ready!
