How to cook
Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the chopped onion and garlic. Add the chopped chicken and stew briefly.
In a frying pan, add the chopped mushrooms and shortly after - the roasted peppers, which are cut into strips.
Season the products with salt and black pepper. Add the tomato puree dissolved in a little water to the almost cooked meat and vegetables. Pour the red wine and sprinkle with cumin and savory herb.
Divide the products into 4 guvec pots.
Bake the kavarma for 20 minutes, take it out and crack one egg into each pot. Place them back into the oven to bake, until they're done.
