  • ricotta - 9 oz (250 g)
  • mascarpone - 9 oz (250 g)
  • powdered sugar - 4.6 oz (130 g)
  • sour cream - 7 oz (200 g)

How to cook

Grind or crush the biscuits. Start making the cheese cream by mixing the sour cream and powdered sugar.

In another bowl, mix the ricotta and mascarpone. Mix everything and add the grated lemon peel.
