How to cook
The washed meat is cut into cubes, it is salted, black pepper is added and it is fried in lard or oil and then it is removed.
In the same fat add the onions, which have been chopped into bulky pieces, then the tomatoes (finely chopped), hot peppers and wine.
The meat is added and stewed, until it remains fat.
The kavarma is sprinkled with chopped parsley.
You can serve it with a garnish of french fries.
