How to cook
Dissolve the sugar in the water and leave the syrup to cool.
Mix the cream cheese with the chocolate and stir, until they're well combined.
Dip each ladyfinger in the syrup briefly and arrange them on the bottom of a cake tin.
Spread half of the cream on top and arrange a new row of soaked ladyfingers.
Finish off the chocolate cake by distributing the remaining cream on top.
