How to cook
For these chocolate muffins, mix the yogurt and soda.
Add the egg, butter, sugar, chocolate and essence.
Beat with a mixer.
Add the flour and beat again.
Finally add the oatmeal and stir lightly with a spoon.
Distribute the mixture into greased cupcake tins (2/3 of each on should be filled).
Sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C).
You can serve the chocolate oatmeal cupcakes with a glass of warm milk.
