How to cook
Peel and grate the cucumber.
Pour the strained yogurt into a suitable bowl. Add the drained grated cucumber and salt.
Pour olive oil and the pressed garlic. Stir and store the tzatziki in the refrigerator.
Prepare the fried zucchini. To do this, cut the zucchini and roll them it in flour, heat oil and fry them, until they're done.
Drain them onto kitchen paper.
Arrange the zucchini at the end of a large plate. Pour the yogurt salad in the middle.
Sprinkle with mint, decorate with olives and serve them.
The fried zucchini with tzatziki are wonderful.
