How to cook
Blanch the broccoli in boiling salted water for 3 minutes and remove it from the heat. It is cut into pieces. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the cottage cheese, finely chopped fresh parsley, salt and black pepper.
Arrange the pieces on the bottom of a greased baking pan, pour the egg mixture on top with a spoon, sprinkle with the strained corn and grated yellow cheese.
Drizzle with a little oil, shake the baking pan lightly, distribute the filling and bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) under foil for 20 minutes, remove the foil and lightly bake for another 5 minutes, until the eggs are fully cooked.
Cut the casserole into pieces and serve it sprinkled with parsley and spring onions.
We can relax and eat, because it is dietary and very, very tasty. The dietary broccoli casserole is ready.
