How to cook
Allow the butter to soften at room temperature. Cut it into chunks and add the honey, flour, baking powder and egg. Knead gently to achieve a soft, non-sticky dough.
Form the dough into a ball, cover with cling film and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Roll out the chilled dough. Cut into shapes of your preference.
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C). Spread a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet and arrange the cookies.
Bake for about 10 minutes. Cool and serve.
