"You dont need an ice cream maker to prepare the perfect ice cream, as long as you have a blender"

Ingredients

  • cooking cream - 5.1 fl oz (150 ml) sweetened
  • sugar - 2 tbsp
  • cherry jam - 5 tbsp
  • cherries - for garnishing
  • ice cubes - 3 pcs.

How to cook

Pour the cream into the blender bowl, add the sugar and blend.

After 2-3 minutes, add the cherry jam, by separating the cherry chunks to add whole in the end.

You can chose any other jam of your preference.

After all the ingredients have blended to a smooth consistency, add the ice cubes and blend for a minute. Be careful since the ice is hard and can burn the motor.

Add the cherries you had set aside and stir with a spoon.

Pour the ice cream into a bowl and place in the freezer for 2 hours.

Serve garnished with fresh cherries.
