How to cook
These einkorn biscuits with honey and cinnamon are healthy and delicious!
In a convenient bowl, mix the flour, butter, honey, baking soda and cinnamon. Mix with a fork.
Wet your hands and shape nine balls - these are your einkorn biscuits. Flatten them slightly on top and arrange them in a baking tray with parchment paper.
Leave a distance of 2.4″ (6 cm) between them, so that they don't stick to each other.
Dip or sprinkle each biscuit with sesame seeds on top.
These healthy biscuits are baked for 10 minutes at 360°F (180°C). Leave them to cool and serve them with afternoon coffee.
