How to cook
Thoroughly wash the wheat and separate the grains, which are unfit for consumption.
Boil it in about 1 liter of water for about 10-15 minutes.
Once the set time has elapsed, switch off the hob and leave the pot with the lid on.
Wash the onion and parsley. Cut them into small pieces.
Separate the grains from the pomegranate and place them in the salad bowl.
Add parsley and the boiled wheat to them.
Season with olive oil and as much salt as you like.
If desired, add a little vinegar.
Stir gently and serve the Turkish Wheat Salad with Pomegranate.
