How to cook
Beat the eggs.
Blend the hazelnuts, until a flour is obtained.
Combine all of the products and mix them well.
Distribute the resulting mixture into muffin molds and sprinkle them with pieces of hazelnuts.
Bake the sweet muffins in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for approximately 15 minutes.
These hazelnut muffins are a pleasure for the senses.
