How to cook
Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes and leave them in the pot in a basket for steaming, until they soft. Boil the beans in the pot (they can be soaked in water from the night before). Change the water at least twice, so that the beans don't irritate the stomach later.
In the jug of the blender (Nutribullet) mix the potatoes, beans, sunflower oil and spices - Himalayan salt, organic turmeric, cumin, black pepper, brown crystal sugar (to neutralize the rich taste of Indian spices and not have a bitter taste). Add the water gradually when blending.
It is desirable to obtain a thick, dense creamy homogeneous mixture. Beautiful in color and taste potato spread with beans and turmeric, easy for dipping and spread on crackers and snacks. The decoration can be dill or another fresh green spice of your choice!
