How to cook
Put all of the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl and mix everything well.
Place the salmon fillet in a ziploc plastic bag and pour the marinade.
Close the bag and store the salmon in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, but no more than 4 hours.
Set the fryer to 180°C and wait 4-5 minutes for it to heat up.
Spray the air fryer basket with the spray and add the salmon fillets in it.
Cook the air fryer salmon with ginger and garlic for 10 minutes.
