How to cook
Melt the cocoa butter in a water bath, until it turns into liquid. Only then add the remaining ingredients and mix well, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
What you need to know, is that if you prefer honey instead of of powdered sugar, then the required amount of dry milk is 3 tablespoons, otherwise only 1 tablespoon is required.
Pour the mixture into a suitable mold (in my case I used a lid from a metal biscuit box) and leave it in the refrigerator to harden.
The homemade white chocolate is ready.
