How to cook
Pour the chia seeds into a cup of water and leave them to swell.
Grind the cashews in a blender. Pour them into a bowl, add the remaining products and mix well.
Add the swollen chia seeds and stir again.
Distribute the resulting mixture in a baking pan onto baking paper and leave it for approximately 1 hour in the freezer, so that it can harden.
Then take it out, cut it into bars and serve it.
Now you have unique raw lemon cashew bars.
