How to make
Peel the tomatoes and mash them in a pot.
Clean the sweet peppers, hot peppers, onions and garlic and mash them.
Add them to the tomatoes. Pour olive oil and stew, until the mixture thickens.
Add the basil, salt and black pepper. Stir and remove from the heat.
Finely chop the olives and add them to the salsa.
Serve immediately or refrigerate it for later.
If you wish, you can double or triple the quantities of the products and prepare sterilized Italian Salsa in jars.
