  • lemons - 1/2 pc
  • salt
  • bay leaves
  • black pepper
  • paprika
  • dried parsley

  • For the sauce
  • tomatoes - 5 pcs.
  • onions - 1 pc.
  • peppers - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 3 pcs.
  • tomato paste - 1 tbsp.
  • curry - 1 tsp.
  • parsley - 1 bunch

How to cook

Saute the chopped onions and garlic.

Add the meat cut in pieces and season with the herbs and spices. Cook until the chicken turns golden brown.

Add the chopped tomatoes, pepper, bay leaf, tomato paste and lemon. Pour in enough water to cover the meat.
