How to cook
Clean the onion and cut it into small pieces. Stew the onion with a little oil and a little water. Then add the frozen vegetables.
Then add the cleaned and sliced mushrooms.
Stir the vegetables and after they are stewed, add the washed rice. Stir, add a glass of warm water. Once the rice swells, season with salt and black pepper.
Add a tablespoon turmeric. Stir and transfer everything into a baking pan.
Add two more glasses of water. Cover the baking pan with foil and bake at 390°F (200°C).
The oven-baked rice can be eaten on its own or as a side dish to various meats.
