How to cook
Activate the yeast by diluting it in lukewarm water with sugar. Set aside for a couple of minutes.
Knead a medium soft pizza dough, cover with cling film and allow it to rise.
Heat the oil in a small pan, and saute the chopped spinach and spring onions with a pinch of salt.
Remove from the stove and add the spear mint.
Spread the dough gently with your fingers in a greased tray, 80°F (28 cm) of diameter.
Spread the liutenitsa, sprinkle with oregano, add the olives, mozzarella, spinach topping, and sprinkle with grated yellow cheese.
Preheat the oven to 340°F (170°C) and bake the homemade pizza for 20 minutes.
Slice the Homemade Spring Pizza and serve - Simply delicious!
