How to cook
Defrost the fish, season it with salt and set it aside.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into circles. Cut the onions into crescents and the peppers into strips.
Put 4 tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry all of the vegetables, until they aquire a light golden color. Press the garlic shortly before removing. Transfer everything into a baking pan.
Preheat the oven to 190°C. Roast the vegetables.
10 minutes before removing the baking pan from the oven, place the hake on top and bake the fish, until it's fully cooked.
The oven-baked hake with vegetables is very tasty.
